Beautiful typical Bassin house of 130 m2 on the edge of a cycle path.
Between the Bassin (1km from the beaches), the town center (1km from the church square) and the ocean (15 km from the Grand-Crohot beach), you will find a haven of peace for your holidays.
Completely renovated in 2015-2016, the house can accommodate 8 people. It has large living areas with fitted open-plan kitchen open to the dining room and the living room.
The living room will give you access to the wooden terrace which will take you to your choice, to the 8m * 4m pool, which is sunny all day, to the outdoor shower, to the summer kitchen and to a hammock.
You will take advantage of deckchairs, deckchairs and outdoor table for your moments spent around the swimming pool.
